Yaldhurst Model School
Overview
GSL undertook the construction of a new scooter track, including all associated site works, pavement and landscaping at the Yaldhurst Model School. The project required considerable coordination of subcontractors and suppliers, with GSL organising key local organisations to supply materials and services at reduced costs as a form of sponsorship to the school.
Project Scope

Installation of temporary fencing and general site clearance

Earthworks

Supply and installation of a box culvert underpass with a timber balustrade

Install of landscape features, including hardwood timber steps and Hapuka rock details

Asphalt track with soft-fall inserts

Landscape planting, which was undertaken with the students, and garden bed mulching.
